EdgePay supports Healthcare processing for HSA/FSA cards. These are Visa and MasterCard transactions only. To qualify, you must register and receive a Merchant Verification value and the Merchant Type must quality for healthcare. Partial authorization must also be supported.

transactionDate = Set to UTC Timezone
